Thank you all very much for a very pleasurable experience with my recent Subaru purchase.

Still uncertain with what 1 wanted with my auto purchase, 1 primarily went to the Kennesaw dealership to quietly look at
exterior colors. Art met me in the parking area. .. and the rest is history with a happy ending!

Each of you treated me with courtesy and respect and helped me ultimately get the vehicle of my choice. 1 sincerely appreciate the manner in which 1 was treated. 1 felt very comfortable in this
experience and certainly will recommend your dealership to my friends.

I am enjoying my Outback and am very happy with my decision to buy my first Subaru.

I've purchased, maybe, seven new vehicles in my life. This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Everyone was very nice.

John was a good salesman. I told him that I knew what I wanted, and just needed to see a couple of different Foresters to choose a

vehicle. He showed me what I wanted, with no pressure, we test drove one, and I choose a vehicle to buy in under 20 minutes.

I'm accustomed to the finance taking a good two hours or more. Fill out forms, more paper work, bicker on finance, finalize the sale, and

walk out to my new car. Louis gave me the finance options and details, I choose theplan, we signed everything, and we were done in maybe 15 minutes. That is unheard of in my experience.

I love the car! I've been in GMs and Chevys my whole life. Now I am a True Subaru convert. Finally, in my 40's, I decided to get a car that will

last. Thanks for the great car-buying experience!

I just wanted to drop you a note about your salesman John Settineri.

I have been doing research for a friend of mine who was interested in purchasing a Subaru Outback.  I like to deal online with a salesman and have had a really excellent experience with John.  He has promptly and efficiently provided all the information I have asked for, made relevant suggestions and been really pleasant.  The best part about dealing with John is that he has actually listened to me!! He hasn't kept bothering me ? for example when I told him I would be away for the weekend, he hasn't continued to ask for phone contact when I asked to deal by email, he has been exactly the type of salesman I like to deal with and I have been very impressed.  The other dealerships I have been in touch with consistently fail in this more "hands off" sales technique and will never win customers who like the less stressful experience.

Unfortunately this purchase is not mine to decide about, but if it were me buying a Subaru right now I have no doubts who I would buy from!!  I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone who wanted a non-stressful & intelligent car buying experience and think he is a great asset to your team.

Thank you Jennifer....You did a great job. The rear window on the passenger side of my Mercedes fell off the track and I needed to drive downtown Tuesday night for a Braves game. Paul Woosley ordered the part Monday afternoon and I dropped it off Tuesday morning. A couple hrs. later I got the call to come pick it up. Service doesn't get any better than that.
